Order Cancellation Before Installation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before installation or activation of the DTH connection by contacting our support team.

If a cancellation request is approved before service processing or installation, the eligible refund amount will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

In some cases, payment gateway, processing, or administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Token/advance payments made for booking confirmation, technician allocation, or service scheduling may be non-refundable once processing has started.

After Installation or Activation

Once the DTH hardware is installed or the connection is activated, the customer may become subject to the terms and conditions of the respective DTH service provider.

After successful installation or activation, cancellation, return, or refund requests may not be eligible.

Customers are advised to review all applicable plans, pricing, and service terms before confirming installation.
